Hey guys, upon running my code I get BUMMER! Try again. No idea what I'm doing wrong here, help is appreciated.
<?php
//Place your code below this comment
try {
$db = new PDO('sqlite::memory:');
$db->setAttribute(PDO::ATTR_ERRMODE, PDO::ERRMODE_EXCEPTION);
}
catch(PDOException $e)
$e->getMessage();
die();
}
?>

22,986 PointsAhhh yes. Too much code! What you have is correct, but the challenge hasn't asked you to set an attribute etc.. Challenges are picky, so make sure you follow the instructions!
<?php
try {
$db = new PDO('sqlite::memory:');
} catch(Exception $e) {
}

22,986 PointsYou're missing an opening curly brace on your catch block ;)
<?php
//Place your code below this comment
try {
$db = new PDO('sqlite::memory:');
$db->setAttribute(PDO::ATTR_ERRMODE, PDO::ERRMODE_EXCEPTION);
}
catch (Exception $e) {
$e->getMessage();
die();
}
?>

6,932 PointsThanks for the tip, but now I'm getting Bummer! It looks like there is no Exception class.
It's strange because I'm using something similar in a personal project I'm making along, and it returns my errors.
