PhpMyAdmin instead of SequelPro?

Is it possible to use PhpMyAdmin instead of SequelPro? And how to operate PhpMyAdmin in Homestead Virtual Machine

Hi Chris Upjohn.. Thank you for fast reply.. But following the instruction.. After I entered sudo ln -s /usr/share/phpmyadmin/ /home/vagrant/Code/phpmyadmin.. it return ln:failed to create symbolic link : Protocol error.. And I dont understand what is /usr/share/phpmyadmin ?
