Portfolio linked to index.html but I still get an error

So I created this code but I still get this error: "The portfolio list item should link to "index.html"

I link that to index.html, even the preview show that right... what am I doing wrong?

There's two error here. Number one, your nav is supposed to end after your ul ends. Currently your nav starts before the ul starts and ends before the ul ends. Secondly, you're using the wrong kind of quotes. They must be the same kind of quotes as the ones used previously.

Hey, First of all check the tags <nav> and <ul> . You closed the navigation tag before the list one. And about your problem, you used different types of double [your commas > “ ] [ correct ones > " ] See the ones you put at meta charset=" " and compare those with those you have in the line you get error. :D
