We will not be doing any PSD to WordPress projects. The simple reason for this is it is just too much to include in one video. Instead, we have Photoshop videos, how to build an HTML/CSS site based on a Photoshop mockup and then how to convert a static site to WordPress.
So, we definitely cover the topics you're looking for, it's just spread out over a few projects so we can go into proper depth :)
Our next project coming out will be building plugins. It's undecided what's coming after that, but it won't be security. For most people, the basics of WordPress security can be covered in just a few videos. To dedicate a whole project to this would require a really high level knowledge of WordPress theme and plugin development.
