PSD to wordpress where to start ?

Hello I am a Photoshop webdesigner. I used to rely on wordpress techies. Because the coding part is always daunting to me. Now with the web builders(visual composer, beaver) that are available in marketplaces gave me a ray of hope to learn a bit of Wordpress. Now that I dont have to write thousands of lines of code, I want to give a shot at wordpress. I want to be able to build sites using drag and drop builders, Customize existing themes, a little css modification etc. I have a ton of clients ready to give me code+design projects. I want to learn essentials and get started with building wp sites. Where do I start ? My goal is make Wordpress theme customization, modifying CSS, Converting PSDs designs to WP sites. Please guide me to pick the right track. Thank you

Hi,

If you are completely new to WordPress checkout our Learn WordPress track to learn the basics of just how to use it.

Then our WordPress Development course will teach you how to build sites. We don't teach how to go from PSD to WordPress. We always start with an html/css prototype and then convert that into a WordPress site so you may need to check out some other courses on html/css and photoshop to get comfortable with that process.

Currently we don't have any courses on working with drag and drop plugins or themes but hope to in the future. They are pretty straight forward though and the Beaver one has some great documentation.

Hope that helps!
