Publish button and category list Disappeared

Hi,

When I clicked New Post on admin area, publish button not show on the sidebar. And I can't choose any category. Because category list not show on sidebar.

I checked 2 columns from Screen Options. I checked user privileges. I checked all plugins. Never changed.

I need your help. Please, help me fix this situation.

Yes.

I can edit any post added past(before). But I can't add page or post now.

When I clicked 'Add New' (page or post) only display 'Save Draft' and 'Submit for Review' on the sidebar. Also category list not display too. And when I clicked 'save draft' or 'submit for review', I got this error: ** You are not allowed to edit this post... ** .

I checked database from phpmyAdmin. I was try 'Repair DB'. Never changed. Same error on wp panel.

WP version: 3.5
