raising an exception

I am not sure why my code isn't working.

suggestinator.py 
def suggest(product_idea):
    if product_idea > 3:
        raise ValueError ("Must be more than 3 characters")
    return product_idea + "inator"

Some hints:

  • You want to compare the length of product_idea to 3. For this you can use the len() function.
  • You want to raise an error if the length is less than 3.

len(product_idea) will return the number of characters in product_idea. So the comparison should be:

if len(product_idea) < 3:
