17,985 PointsYou were really close but the challenge does not want the value of the fullName variable to be changed at all so you must concatenate the string as you are echoing it, like this:
<?php
//Place your code below this comment
$firstName = "Rasmus";
$lastName = "Lerdorf";
$fullName = "$firstName $lastName";
echo $fullName . " was the original creator of PHP.\n";
?>
Also the challenge is really picky so you must make sure there is a full stop after "PHP"
