The question asks: Write a function names first_number that takes a string as an argument. The function should search, with a regular expression, the first number in the string and return the match object.
Where am I going wrong?

Three problems: first, you are performing a search but not doing anything with the results.
Second, you are trying to return a non-existent value (match
).
Third, your regular expression is not correct. Remember that \
and /
are not the same character.
Cheers
Alex
