Not an error, but the second group can be reduced. It reads one or more hyphen, word_char, or space
; followed by a space; followed by one or more hyphen, word_char, or space
.
Since the middle space and the second character set are also covered by the first character set, it can be reduced to ([-\w ]+)
.
As It is now, the first name would be required to have a space in it.
