Retrieving a user information using ACF

Hi guys i have a select field (dropfown) on the users panel in wordpress.

I was wondering since i can't seem to find this anywhere but is there a way to pull a users information from the users page using a query which is based on the value of the select i have been looking at the WP_User_Query but this doesn't seem to work with ACF any help would be greatful :).
