RSS Feed Help Needed

Hello,

I am trying to add an RSS feed to my website using the widget provided by the template. I would like to have content from this site coming through http://marinesciencetoday.com/

When I click on the RSS feed button on the site a bunch of domains pop up, what do I need to copy and paste into the widget to get the feed to work?
