Setting permalink to post name

So in the Wordpress loop video, Zac sets the permalink to post name, but when I do it can no longer find the page and i get a "NOT FOUND error message"

Are you refreshing the page before you click on another link?

I am having the same problem. The homepage still displays but blog page 404 file not found error
