When I paste the url of my site no image is shown in Facebook.

35,800 PointsYou don't have your meta tags properly set for Facebook then. You could download Yoast and do this pretty easily with their social options. You can even set the meta info with Yoast for each page/post if you don't want it to pull the default image.
MAKE SURE you use the newest version of Yoast a big security vulnerability just happened.
