simple wordpress question | How to Build a WordPress Theme class

I have created the: 'home', 'about', 'work' and 'contact' pages; and deleted the 'blog' page.

I want to create another blog page for showing my posts, but I just can't do it anymore. Don't know why...am I missing something?
