single-work.php (permalinks)

My single-work.php is only working if I set my permalinks to "default".

Why is that?

This is in reference to the "how to build a worpdress theme" class with Zac.

Christopher:

What permalink structure are you trying to use?

Hey John,

I'm trying to use "post name", but when I switch to that and save my settings or any other permalink structure besides the default, I receive the following error when navigating to single-work.php

"Too many redirects occurred trying to open "http://localhost/wordpress/chrispaccione/work/news-monkey/".

I found this thread http://wordpress.org/support/topic/too-many-redirects-error-and-permalinks

Try this and resave your permalink settings, and let me know if you still have this problem.
