I am not sure I understand your question. What I understand you are asking is how to install PHP components into your project easily. That is done with Composer. But if you are just starting your journey into web design and PHP, I strongly recommend you take the track Front End Web Development, then the track PHP Development. There is some overlap, so the PHP track will be faster. Once those are done, then pick up courses in PHP from the library that will teach you about Composer and other tools available. But you really need a base in PHP and front end development for it to be useful.
