Stuck on a test question

I'm having a hard time understanding what to actually do for this question.

You need to add a src attribute:

<img src="images/spain.jpg" alt="A picture of me in Spain">

Yes, as Rachel said, you need to point to the image file. The alternate text, alt="A picture of me in Spain" is simply a caption which is intended to be audible for the visually impaired.
