the last task says "Create another table row with a cell that spans two columns" ,which i did with the "thanks for reading!" row, but it says its wrong that "one table cell needs to span two columns" how can i fix this?

I'm going to guess the code challenge doesn't want the added row in the table footer <tfoot>.

26,219 PointsYes I agree, I just checked and the code challenge wants you to wrap all rows outside in head in a <tbody></tbody> and not use the tfoot tag. making that change will allow you to pass.
