Should the line height not be 2, when the font size is multiplied by 1.6?

No, the line height is not 2.

You are supposed to give intro a unitless line-height that's 1.6 times larger than the font-size value. What this means is that you simply need to give line height a value of 1.6 - you don't need to do any calculations.

This should work:

.intro {
  font-size: 1.25em;
  line-height: 1.6;
}

The challenge asked you to set the line height equal to 1.6 times the font size.

.intro {
  font-size: 1.25em;
  line-height: 1.6;
}

This is what you'd set the line height so that it sets it equal to 2em or 32px. The line height property acts as a multiplier.
