Here's a sample of my project file name structure:
Projectname folder
---css folder

This is the link to the css inside the index.html file:

22,082 PointsCouple of notes here. You want your favicon.ico image to be in the root of your project. You want a folder called css or styles in the root of your project. Put all stylesheets in this folder. Ideally, you only want to have one css file included on your pages.
