Courses Plus Student 252 PointsThe code is correct I don't know why does it not pass
I made everything what the task was giving me but it seems it's not right and don't know why.
<?php
//Place your code below this comment
$firstName = 'Rasmus';
$lastName = 'Lerdorf';
$fullName = "$firstName $lastName";
$string = '' . $fullName . ' was the original creator of PHP.' . "\n";
echo $string;
?>

Treehouse TeacherHi there! The Bummer! message alludes to the problem. You used another variable to hold the concatenated string and then echoed out the value of the variable holding it. It is requiring that you use the $fullName variable in the echo statement. Instead of making the $string variable to hold the string you want echoed out, echo out the entire thing directly.
echo $myVariable + " something else I want to echo out";
Hope this helps!
