The Iframe is not working!

I posted the code below into my text editor of my enfold-powered wordpress website. <body> <iframe width=”500” height=”300” src="http://encounterla.com/partners/”> </iframe> </body>

2 problems

  1. I cannot increase the W X H proportions any larger then 300x300. When i increase the values, nothing changes.
  2. The iframe itself populates with a "sorry! nothing found" page-- instead of being populated with the link provided in the src= area.
