Theme Options in Wordpress

Does anyone on here know of any good tutorials or resources for adding theme options to a custom Wordpress theme? I'm looking to add functionality such as: -Changing out logos by uploading through Wp. -Change backgrounds, colors, fonts, etc. -Change layout size(full-width/boxed) And other options that you would usually see in a premium theme.

Any help would be great, Thanks in advance!

I am going to try squeezing out an advanced theme development course late this year that will get into this, but in the meantime I would suggest checking out the Options Framework, which does have a few tutorials and support channels available. This is likely what we will use in the course since it's becoming a standard approach and does a lot of the heavy basic coding for you to get an admin page setup.

One place I'd recommend is looking through the code of themes that do this. Underscores which is a free theme from Automattic does the header image and background image in their themes. It's available at underscores.me

I've skimmed through a couple themes, but I'd prefer to have it explained if possible. There's no tutorials on this anywhere?
