Can someone direct me where to learn how to publish new theme update. I create theme that I use on few mine web pages. Now i try to get automatic update in admin panel when I upgrade theme

Treehouse Guest TeacherHi there! First off, congrats on rocking a theme that you're adding updates to :)
The easiest way is to host the theme with the WordPress.org repository and it will notify users when you push an update. Otherwise, you may want to check out this tutorial: http://w-shadow.com/blog/2010/09/02/automatic-updates-for-any-plugin/
