There is workspaces in Treehouse, but I don’t know if there are workshops in the enfold-powered wordpress theme

There is workspaces in Treehouse, but I don’t know if there are workshops in the enfold-powered wordpress theme that I use.

Can I do the same operation that I do here with workspaces that I would do in enfold-powered wordpress website?

For instance, dragging and dropping a file into the file uploader, which I can then place into a new folder “css” that I create in the workspace.
