they say the portfolio should be in index.html, I did the work they still correct it wrong

how can you guys help me . I did the work exactly they asked to , but they still check it wrong

the issue is,

it should be 'index.html' and not 'Index.html'. it is case sensitive.

can you change it and try if it works .
