Python Comparison Solution

this code below doesn't display the exception error when I enter text instead of an integer ?

name = input("Please enter your name: ") number = int(input("Please enter a number: "))

try:

if number%3==0: print ("fizz") elif number%2==0: print ("buzz") elif number%3 and number%2==0: print("fizzbuzz") else: print("sorry {} your number isn't divisible by 2 or 3".format(name))

except ValueError: raise ValueError("please enter a number")

For the exception to be handled, the "int" function call must be inside the "try" area.

And when posting code, use Markdown formatting to preserve the code's appearance and retain special symbols.
