thumbnail issues in Bootstrap to WP

Anyone having issues with the thumbnail in single.php file showing up even when there is not featured images (shows as a blank icon page)?

when posting code try wrapping it with 3 backticks (```)

its to the left of the '1' on the keyboard, not the apostrophe :)

it'll make it easier for everyone to read and debug.
