Timeline for website in WP?

Hi there!
I'm working for a company and we are redesigning our website. It was in Drupal 6 but now we want to have it in Wordpress. I've completed a few treehouse courses on wordpress but I wanted to know if anyone has any tips or pieces of advice? I'm specifically looking for a timeline to base ours off of? Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything. Also trying to make a realistic timeline to let my company know when this project will be completed. Thanks! Kristen

If its a simple website , i think Bootstrap to WordPress would teach you everything you need to know. AFter watching it 3 times and learend , i can pretty much do it. Fairly easy. Very easy , super easy. If you ment that ?

I think if you go with this track you should learn all. The simple stuff is before the hooks, hooks are more complex.

What i was talking specificaly is this course that i just love and learned all from it , well, all i need to know to make a website for a business , blog, pulling data and stuff.

What is more about is knowing how the loop work, and WP_Query mainly, and few small thinkgs like images, variables for the data.

As well as knowing how to be in the admin area and use things such as the popular plugins that Zac will tell you about.

Thats what im doing to get started. Now im into jQuery , which i should do it the other way round probably, but i got my self a client lol so its good i went into WP straight away not knowing jQuery :D But jQuery is easy so it shoudnt take long to learn it , few days i believe.
