"to be off" isn't the right answer? its what the video said ...

in the question : When you’re searching for an image, sound file, or even code, if it does not clearly say you are allowed to use it, you should consider it "to be off" limits

isn't the right answer ?

thanks

just put "off" in the answer field and it should work. and yes you are right. It's never good to steal someone else's stuff.

Not a problem.
