Treehouse not accepting what seems to be the correct code?? Give me a quick answer?

Here's the "Task" set by treehouse:

Oops! I just decided we're in the wrong folder. Let's remove the git repository we just created.

Here's my initial response:

rm -r ./.git

Tried it on treehouse console and it worked. Answer not accepted on treehouse.

Here's my next submission since this question was built on the prior question:

create repository for project_folder/

rm -r ~/project_folder/.git

Tried it on treehouse console and it worked. Answer NOT accepted on treehouse site.

While it seems I can accomplish this task, there seems to be a more specific answer I am missing.

Any ideas?

Can you provide a link to the course page this relates to?

That link leads to a quiz, isn't this related to a challenge?

Steven,

Forgive me for not being more specific. I'm still learning how to reference the material on this site.

The "Task" was apart of the quiz that I linked in my last comment.

If you are not able to locate it, do you see that my submissions would suffice in "removing the created git repository?"

Thank you for working through this with me.

While "rm -r ./.git" would actually work, the "./" prefix isn't necessary. The challenge is probably looking specifically for "rm -r .git" as the "correct" answer.

Yep. Sense my current working directory was storing ".git"

Makes sense now. Thank you!
