3,866 PointsTrouble with the last few courses.
I've been having a difficult time trying to keep up and understanding the last few lessons. I want to say I was having a blast learning python as the previous instructors went at a pace that seemed reasonable and thoroughly explained what they were doing and why they were doing. With this new instructor, I've had to play the videos countless times, often finding myself on youtube trying to understand all of this a little bit better. It's a bit disappointing having to pay a monthly fee just so I could go find and learn the material elsewhere much easier and at no cost. I really want to finish the course but jumping ahead, I saw the same instructor and not sure if I want to continue as I know it's gonna be a dragged out experience causing more frustration than enjoyment.

3,500 PointsOMG same here, I understand that objects are a bit more complicated then the other topics but he skips over certain things and doesn't explain everything. He was using super methods when not need and im wondering why its there but it was never explained .It just seems very uncoordinated. I've been learning most of this on youtube as well.

5,989 Pointscompletely agree with you, up to this point things have been well explained. This course seems to assume we've been doing python for as long as Kenneth has

The good news for those who don't find a good "fit" with him is that as the courses get updated, they will have different teachers.
You can see which courses are coming out soon on the content roadmap.

23,287 PointsThank you for your candid feedback Michael Aguilar. I'm currently enrolled in the Python Techdegree and we're actively reviewing these courses. I agree that the pacing and level is not correct for 100% of the courses.

654 PointsI concur with this statement. I am having the same issues. The explanations are fast and furious and I am left repeating over and over again, but due to the fact that the lessons are not fully understandable, repeating is useless. If this is not rectified real soon, I will cancel this course and save my money.
