Hi all,
Has anybody come across the problem when you click update on a page it just creates a blank page instead of updating the edited content on the work page following the WordPress series

(I assume you mean update to a php file, not to a post).
It means you have a typo in your PHP. (or it means you host with GoDaddy and any number of irritating things could be happening!)
Most commonly, it happens when people edit the functons.php file (since that is the most common file to mess with).
If you go to yoursite.com/wp-admin is it blank too?
If not, go into the file you last edited, Cut everything out [and paste/save it in a text file for now], and save. See if the site comes back. If it does, add-back all your code and check for typos and syntax.
Alternately, you can try to switch or delete your current theme.
