Using premium wordpress theme to clients

I found a great wordpress theme/framework for car dealers. With the html and css skills that I learned from treehouse, I can now change the default layout of the theme.

Is it ethical to offer web design service to clients using a customized premium wordpress theme?

How much is the average cost of 20-page car dealer website?

Thanks.

There just needs to be a clear understanding between you and the client about what is expected. Don't promise an "original design" if you're just using a template you found online. I would even hesitate to use a template I built on my own if it's being used on another client's site. Do they want something completely original (and more expensive), or are they cool with something that looks good and does the job (and would be cheaper)?

If I am building a WordPress site for a client and find a template, I usually tell them I found a template that works well for their site, and they usually don't care where it came from. Offering to make some adjustments to the template - like colors or other easy to edit styles - usually helps allay any fears they might have about using a theme someone else in the world might be using, but generally it doesn't even bother them. Depends on the client, though, so be sure expectations are clear on both sides.
