Why is dotted line and <h2>Padding</h2> is being displayed in page1 instead of page2 in print preview

So when im looking at my print preview, part of my border is being displayed on the page before it. Any idea why?

I added the media query as shown in the video, but that had no effect on the print preview in my browser.

When I enter @media print { section { min-height: auto; } } it does nothing. What did I do wrong!?
