w3 Total Cache

Trying to install W3 Total Cache on my wordpress site and I get a fatal error.

Note: I am using the Genesis Framework, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Any tips?

my first tip is that you put enough information for anyone to help you in your post

So is it fair to assume, you've tried W3 plugin with default Wordpress theme (twentythirteen, or whatevers) and it is still throwing this error?

Have you tried switching to a default theme and than installing the plugin? I've installed the plugin before recently and had no issue.
