webhostingforstudents

I payed for a domain on Namecheap and used that domain to go through the payment process for webhostingforstudents. I guess the payment failed because there was no charge to my account and i cant log in. It accepted my email for a password reset but i never got the email. I also tried to go through the payment process again but it says my domain is already in the database.

you should probably contact webhostingforstudents support since it seems like your question/issue is really more on their side of things

I'm not entirely sure, but from experience and questions on the forum, it sounds like they manually set accounts up.

I ended buying a new domain instead with the same website, it all went through. I cant use the other domain but thats alright! Thanks everyone!

If the domain is in your list at Namecheap, it's yours to use. Simply change the nameservers to your host.
