What am I doing wrong with String Concatenation

name = "Chris" subject = ( "{} {}" format.("Treehouse Loves", "name"))

Its asking me to put it in .format from but I cant seem to do it...

strings.py 
name = "Chris"
subject = ( "{} {}" format.("Treehouse Loves", "name"))
