What causes this collision? The specified host network collides with a non-hostonly network!

In the video, Hampton receives this error and makes a change to Homestead.yaml.

He changes 192.168.10.10 to 10.0.10.10.

Can anyone provide some context about what causes this collision?

What is the significance of the ip in Homestead.yaml?

Furthermore-- and this may deserve its own questions-- In the next video, we access our Laravel install from http://127.0.0.1:8000/, however, I seem to also be able to access it from 10.0.10.10. How can this be?
