I think godaddy would be good? It's cheep compared to other hostings. Like gladiator i suppose, or any other. 6*12 = 72. Gladiator is much more expensive from when i looked last.

Is the site for you or ?

if it's for a customer than i would say put that in some re-seller so you don't need to worry about the host much, and stay away from it as much as you can.
