As the name suggests, it provides ya the reference to another link or page and redirects ya to that link or page that you passed to the "href" attribute inside your anchor tag.
Here is the code for your challenge and figure out how to pass in href to an anchor tag :
<!doctype>
<html>
<head>
<title>My trip to Spain</title>
</head>
<body>
<img src="images/spain.jpg" alt="A picture of me in Spain">
<p>Here is a picture of me in Spain last summer!</p>
<a href="#top">Go back to the top of the page.</a>
</body>
</html>
