If you are tight on time and resources, what is the best way to find and reach out to customers? Do services exist?? Coming from the perspective of a person who has a full time job, interviewing thirty people a week is a considerable task. Just curious to know if any tools exist to expedite the process.

12,086 PointsYou could also consider attending an existing meet-up or other social gathering that will already attract the type of customer you're looking to talk to, then chat with some of your fellow attendees about your product idea to start to gather feedback about it.
For example, I like to play the bass guitar, and maybe I have a solution that I think would be awesome for fellow bass players. I might attend at bass player convention (yes, they exist, weirdly enough!) and chat with other bassists about my idea to see if the problem I think they're having really exists, and if so whether there's a sufficient market out there in order to pursue this business idea.
Switch the bass player model for whichever industry you're interested in, and see if there are any upcoming events in your area.
