This is importing a function named `tweet` from a file

You use it like so:

If the message is too long,
the function will raise a `MessageTooLongError`

# Your code here
try:
tweet(message)
except CommunicationError:
print("An error occurred attempting to connect to Twitter. Please try again!")
except MessageTooLongError as err:
print(f"Oh no! Your message was too long ({err})")
First of all, you can leave user input outside of try
block because we are trying to catch possible errors from tweet()
function only ( at lease, that's what the challenge is asking us to do here ).
In MessageTooLongError
exception, we can get a reference to it. And we can do this with a new keyword that's called as
, so you say except MessageTooLongError as error
, we'll just call it err. It's a new variable that will be created, and it will be assigned the exception that was thrown. So now, we can just print that out.
Please, refer back to this video for more information about raising exceptions: https://teamtreehouse.com/library/expecting-exceptions and https://teamtreehouse.com/library/raising-exceptions
