You're not going to learn anything by just copying and pasting code. You should take the time to actually work through the basic HTML and CSS courses first and everything will become much clearer.

23,809 PointsIt sounds like you're looking for some easy fixes. I recommend instead following the courses here on Treehouse to get an understanding of HTML and CSS - which is what you would use to accomplish 'text appearing on an image when hovering'.
There is no one tag that does this on its own, is the short answer. :)
