18,468 PointsIf looks like you are close, but over complicating things. You got the first part right with this code:
<?php foreach($books as $isbn => $book) { ?>
Now that the key has been assigned to the $isbn variable, all you have to do is edit the listing portion, where the book title is displayed. This can be accomplished in a few ways, but the below works fine. What we are doing here is concatenating the two variables and adding brackets around the isbn.
<li><?php echo $book . ' (' . $isbn . ')'; ?></li>
