Basically, your src is all over the place. No worries tho! Traditionally, you want an IMG tag to have this format:
<img src="directory of image" alt="description of image">
And the directory will look something like "img/image.jpg".
Now, you won't want this in the HEAD of the page, you will want the IMG tag/element where it plans to be on the site, within the BODY.
With that information, I am confident you can fix what is wrong and press forward. :)
