My husband and I are both taking the word press course and are wondering if we can buy one and both use it. Also the video mentioned a student discount. how much will they be after the discount.

22,989 PointsThe student discount is the same as a regular plan, but the price is $9 a month. You have to provide proof that you are a student and proof
If you share an account, the rewards will only be unlocked once. So if your husband completes the challenge first, you can still complete it too, you just won't gain any points on the accounts. I am not sure if you can watch videos simultaneously though (I've never tried it).

We do! It’s $9 a month and is equivalent to our Basic membership. To join, please email [to TeamTreeHouse support] a valid student photo ID or a valid photo ID with your name on it. We also need to see a recent class document, that includes your name, date and school’s name, such as a class schedule, tuition bill or an unofficial transcript.

6,306 PointsThank you for your quick response. This does bring one more question though. You mentioned that we can both complete the challenges but the points will only be unlocked once. How would that effect competing course? Would I still be able to complete the course if for example my husband was the one to unlock the points.

22,989 PointsYou can complete the course as many times as you like. You would still be able to complete the course and do everything your husband did and get the same experience. You just wouldn't get a little pop up that says "Yay, you earned 30 points for completing this challenge!"
