Where Do I Check Emailing Specifying Required Fields?

I obviously missed something, but when she says to check our email I don't remember her covering how to do that? I've been away from the vids for a little while so might just not remember it from a previous video.

In Section 3: Adding a Basic Form -> videos: "Using a Third Party Library", "Using Objects & Validating Email" & most importantly with regards to your question "SMTP with Google", Alena went through how to set up sending the email to ourselves when the form is submitted.
