Which wordpress track should I start with?

I want to take a closer look at wordpress but there are 2 tracks which I can't really see the differences of from the outlook. Which one should I start with?

The "Learn WordPress" one shows how to set up WordPress and how to use it in general, while the "WordPress Development" teaches you how make WordPress themes, plugins etc. So, if you want to learn how to use WordPress go for the 1st, if you want to learn how to make themes, plugins which is something more advance, go for the other one.
